Silicone heaters
Tmax 220°C
Silicone heaters are specialized heating elements in the shape of mats or preformed to 3D-shapes used to precisely heat at high temperatures in industrial plants, machines and equipment. They are manufactured from silicone coated glass fiber materials with inserted wire-wound heating conductors. Silicone is an elastomer resistant to low (-60°C) and high temperatures, chemicals and mechanical stress. Silicone heaters are particularly durable, flexible, thin and lightweight and thus adapt well to the heated surface and enable fast heat-up and uniform heating. Our silicone heaters can be made in two versions for service temperatures of maximum 200°C.
Cloth heaters
Tmax 500 °C
Cloth heaters are specialized heating elements such as heating mats, heating jackets or other heating systems used to efficiently heat at high temperatures in industrial processes or in laboratories They are manufactured from textiles and other flexible high temperature materials. Cloth-based heaters are easy to install and remove for inspection and maintenance operations. They are usually ready-to-use, equipped with electrical power connections and integrated temperature sensor(s) for safe operation and precise control. Our cloth heaters can be made in three versions for service temperatures of maximum 500°C.
